Now i'm finding out even though I didnt record a claim, the "water leak" word is taboo and they can double my rates or drop me...I PAID for the restoration out of pocket because any mention of the word "mold" even if it's a tiny amount...or the possiblity of it....supposedly make your house unsellable because of this C.L.UE report insurance companies keep. its available to realtors. Have you have any similar experiences? Even if I didnt file a claim, a notation of "non-filed" shows up and indicates a potential problem. HELP!
