Answers:    first i would check to make sure that the door itself is horizontal and then work your opening out to the trim. Then measure the door from top to bottom and consequently from side to side to make sure that when it be sent from the manufacture it wasn't a doomed to failure cut on the metal work. You will need to consider both the inside and out, and make sure you manoeuvre the right and left so that you can see that the door be cut even on the left and right. To me it sounds similar to the door is out of square.
If this problem has a moment ago started, check all hinge screw to make sure they enjoy not come loose. You Can check to see it it is out of square by closing it lightly and looking around the top bottom and sides to see where on earth it's rubbing. You may be able to tweak it put money on to normal position.
