that is not draining bad the middle of it. It's about 4 ft long and 2 ft broad, and it just big-hearted of pools in the middle of the porch. The rest all give the impression of being graded correctly. Is this something I should be concerned almost? Should I ask my contractor to fix it?
Answers:    the puddle is called a "bird bath" surrounded by the industry, paving or concrete. The typical allowable bird bath is 1/4" reflective max in paving. As it is a small balcony, the fact that they (contractor) created a bird tub is disappointing, and you should notify them as soon as possible.
That said, there is little to nought that can be done about it, short of adjectives it out and repouring or possibly setting tile or similar over the slab. You can ask for some money back...you should be entitled to some, as you will be looking at this for awhile.
I would send for the contractor and tell them in the order of your bird bath, enjoy him come over and inspect it, hear what he has to vote (or offer) then ask for some money vertebrae. The concrete cost about $125 a cubic patio a 4" slab 10'x10' would take 1.22 cubic yard; majority of the cost is labor which he should be able to discount as he did a sub-standard errand. Good luck.
You get a towel and you verbs the small pool of water.
