I have an electric marine heater specifically acting tricky. In the morning, I have hot hose down;however, in the evening after work time, the dampen is cold. Do you have a timer on the hose heater to turn it rotten and on at certain times? How outmoded is the heater? If you don't hold a timer and the heater is not material old, I would insist on you to get a plumber or a friend who may own some knowledge give or take a few home repairs. I would not think that you have a problem with the breaker because the breaker cannot turn itself on and sour.
