Answers: IF the microwave still works, put a microwave safe cup within it with partially vinegar/half water. Run on dignified for 3 minutes or until it is boiling for awhile. Careful when you take it out as it will be impressively hot. Then just scrub it down and most of the grades will probably come off. If it doesn't still work, time for a service send for or replacement. There are fuses inside the microwave but the manufacturer doesn't recommend we laypeople find in nearby.
That is not your worry. Check to see if the microwave works anymore. Metal screw up the microwave totally.
