Find a handyman. Common sense tells u to look for the bolts that holds any the pulley or the motor. The belt needs to glibness it's tension to know how to release from the pulleys. Take the belt to any auto parts store and match indistinguishable size. When installing, just reverse the passageway u take belt bad. Don't forget u need rigidity to make the motor turn the belt and the hanger-on. U might have to cart the bolts out of the fan element to take the belt out.
