Answers:    Assuming plate construction and disregarding tank wall mass:

Find the tank volume (in3)
by multiplying the reservoir dimensions together.
This tells us how much sea the tank will hold.
18in x 42in x 32in = 24192 in3

To convert cistern volume (in3) to gallons*,
divide by 231in3.
24192in3 / 231in3 = 104.7gal



*231 in3 = 1 gallon
