its got a 2 cylinder 16 hp briggs from 1980. sometime it wouldent start. i found that the starter gear split clean contained by half. i kept the two halvs to gum em together, but my dog ate one.
a new starter costs $80 and i cant afford. where on earth can i get a bright gear? along with something like a hundred other parts.
Answers: Any small engine shop will have the starter pinion gear. They are plastic and cost roughly $5.00
