I own a gas river electric fire. For some plea the pilot lite will not stay lit. What could effect this?
Answers: The thermocouple may be bad.
Which direction does the turn usually come from? You may need to convert the direction of the exhaust vent or even raise it. Sometimes the loop travel through the vent and actually blow out the pilot. Or replace the thermocouple. Here is a apt question for you...How older is it?
