Model No. 373LAV048095
Answers:    This is a 4 ton blower. I don't remember if the 373LAV is a gas furnace or not, but I think it is. This could be a desperate motor, capacitor or control board. You need a HVAC tech to sort this out.
If my thinking is correct this is a 80% gas furnace next to a 115 VAC blower and an HK42FZ control board. These boards have be a nightmare since the first one was built and verbs to cause problems. The price Carrier get out of the replacement boards is nuts.
You should have posted more info something like the appliance. Blowers could be of different types for different purposes and different capacities.Any ways most blowers own overload protectors. This accessory protects the windings from burning due to overheating or glorious amperage. It also makes the motor stops when the bearing are stuck.

You say it starts for a couple of second then stops. Try rotating the blades by paw.If it is TIGHT then the bearing are faulty. But if you can rotate the blades next to ease consequently the overload protector is opening. Call an electrician if the component is real big.If t is lately a wee size then better buy a investigational one!!
