Answers: If the cill of your uPVC door is sittig directly on a cement step after clean the reciprocated carefully and allow any moisture to dry.
Then pipe a bead of clear (or white if preffered) silicon along all along the cill also up the edge of the cill where on earth it meets the wall. Use a 6mm bead or more if the reciprocal varies. You can dig up silicon and a skelington gun which you will need to force the silicon from the tube, from your local builders merchants. Ask support from the supplier and he should provide you with the correct silicon and show you how touse the gun. accurate luck.
Your sill should have a drip 15mm inside the front boundary to stop any capillary action so I would guess your sill is sitting up highly developed at the front. If this is the case next the water could be running put a bet on on top of the sill and beneath the patio frame, the singular way to fix this minus re bedding the sill is to run some clear silicone under the sill against the brickwork and a bead of silicone where on earth the door frame meets the sill.
