I own a suitcase near violate to a plastic foot on the bottom. How can I repair or replace the piece myself?

The piece with the foot is a single plastic piece, with two separate foot, riveted to the bottom of the suitcase. If this is a semi-universal piece, I might find one of exactly the same size. The rivets holding it to the suitcase could be removed and replaced by screw. Even a close fit in size would probably work. However, I haven't be able to find any vendor selling such parts. It might also be possible to improvise and to replace both feet--the broken one and the intact one--with some kind of rigged up substitute. Professional repair probably wouldn't be worth the cost at a luggage repair service, and here isn't even one near me. This variety of damage is rather common for mishandled suitcases, so possibly some other people own come up with solutions.
Answers:    You might try a two bit epoxy that you can buy at your local auto parts store. You will want the type that dries hard. By squeezing out an equal amount you mix it together to start the chemical criticism and the stuff bonds like crazy. You hold a few minutes to form it and fill contained by the broken area. Use a popsicle stick or similar to form it.
