It constantly fills near ice and stops cooling the freezer and fridge. How can this be fixed? I own thawed it out 2 times already, and our food keep going bad every 3-4 weeks...

Answers:    1st try varying the Defrost thermostat located clipped onto the evap coil. Two wires to it. Looks like a disc near a clip on it.

yes it could be your defrost thermostat,the timer ,even the element check them adjectives and if the freezer is on top clean out the drain dash all the agency to the drip pan . well brought-up luck
