On one side the two ranges will not light. the other side works fine... any suggestions?

Answers:    If electric ignition (hear a snap snap when you wispy the burner) the spark module is probably bad. Spark modules usually are configured near a coil for the left, one for the right, and one for the oven. So the one that feed the side that is stopped has probably messed up. Solution is replace spark module. If not electric ignition but rather pilot hurricane lantern ignition, the pilot may have newly went out and desires to be re-lit.
