I hold a crack running down the middle of my vault. One side have sunk for a moment. How can I jack it up?

I am wondering if I can make some holes in the floor subsequent to the walls and then put in some jacks and jack it up. I don't know if the floor be poured with the walls or after or if I should place the jacks under the floor or undeer the walls. HELP!
Answers:    Well every time I hold run across this issue I have mud jacked. The wall and slab are poured in 2 separate times. There should be black expansion reciprocated around the wall, this allows the concrete to move.

If soil conditions exist it may be necessary to have a drain system beside sump pump. This also could be caused by bad compaction of soil surrounded by the prep work for your slab.I would search in the phone book beneath mud jacking and have them give you a quote.

Good Luck
This is something you'll own to call the pros in to look at ASAP. And you'll own different technology options which vary by company. You'll probably expiration up with a foundation repair and a French drain to guard against future problems. That adjectives depends on the water table, drainage away from the house, etc. the easy instrument is to seal the crack to prevent moisture seepage then pour a self leveling concrete to finish the repair bringing the lower slab up to echelon. under a 100 bucks, less than a couple hours.
