I turned the handle on the faucet (outside on the house) tight and the hose down just kept pouring out the hose.we crawled beneath the house, turned off the sea, it turned off the dampen in the house but the outside faucets are still connected. Once we go and get the water past its sell-by date, will it just be a event of replacing the faucet? I hope!
Answers: inside the faucet there is small rubber gasket and to be precise probably all you inevitability to change. if you follow the piping within from the faucet you should be able to find shut bad for them.
Either the outside faucet, or the seat washer at the stand of the handle shaft.
