All the apartment size small washer & dryers are very expensive most starting at $1,000.00. I want to know where on earth I can find used washer/dryer that are not expensive. Also, they each involve to be 23" wide or smaller amount to get down the crypt steps.
I would appreciate any help or suggestions you can confer me.
Does anyone know about washers/dryers that can be disassembled and later put back together when here is this kind of problem.

Sorry, this won't be fun, you are going to have to embezzle the stairs out. Put ropes around front side and backside of the washer 2 guys on the upper level lower them down to the ground crew. Bright side is the dryer is lighter! lol

They can adjectives be disassembled, it is the putting back together that is to say a problem. You need to be qualified to do this or you will be apologetic. I used to be a Maytag man in Illinois and we have to make some pretty difficult delivery. My advice to you would be this. Buy the best full size system you can. We have a customer like this and we if truth be told removes the staircase and dropped the units down to seize them in. Most washers ar at most minuscule 27" wide so it is impossible to find one small satisfactory to go down the stairs.

In this travel case it was the one and only option. Taking a washer and dryer apart and later reassembling will void any warranty and if you are not jonny on the spot putting them put a bet on together you could fry something.

If you must take one apart and reassemble afterwards look for a Maytag that was built up to 2001. They are the easiest to do this near and the most reliable. The new ones are not like and built cheaper. In your case lift the time to find one of these units. I don't watchfulness if it 20 years old since they are slickly repaired and should never have to come out of the subterranean vault.

Answers:    Man, you may hold to do some real questioning for that set up. As far as I know, the compact washer/dryer units are 24" and are pretty standard.

As for where on earth to buy used, try www.craigslist.com. Select your state and city and search away.
