Does anyone know, if in that are Plumbers who cater for Pensioners on low incomes.

I am looking for a pay by instalements plan.

ask you utility server if they can bring in such an arrangement for you. here in the states it's not unheard of. it's contained by their best interest to help you out because they're selling you their gas. RIGHT? explain your situation to them.

Here in the States, we enjoy what are called Community Action Agencies... and they oversee 90%, or more, of adjectives Community Service Block Grants that the government distributes. Many of these are for weatherization of homes, helping low income family with heat/utilities etc., as okay as much larger projects. I'd suggest that you look for such an agency in Australia. Your utility company probably know who you should contact, I'd start there.
