Answers: Take several trash bags, a small shovel underneath the house and try to remove as much of the contaminated soil as possible putting it in the trash plenty. The soil can be spread outside away from the home and the gasoline will eventually evaporate.
Once you feel you hold done that place as many fan as you can to move the air underneath the house and eventually the smell will go away. It may lug a couple days but this is the way professionals do it.
Call a professional. Seriously! The fumes alone can be poisonous to you as well as a possible explosion/fire. If you don't know how to contact a professional...ring your local fire department, explain the situation...and take their recommendataion. Don't dawdle...it IS a matter of vivacity or death.
