Hydro bill...? I live in an apartment contained by Ontario with 2 other nation....

I live in an apartment contained by Ontario with 2 other nation. Our bill normally fluctuates around $40 (or less) per month. We a moment ago received our bill for december and it is $140. We dont have our wall heaters on and we are in recent times baffled by the price. We cannot figure out why it is said we are using 3 times the amount of gusto. Even more odd is we weren't even at our apartment for 2 of the weeks within december. Anyways, does anyone have an suggestions of what it could be? Is it possible that I am paying someone else's bill? Management is not human being very effective but they have said that our meter is going up quick again this month.

There has to be a leach somewhere after the meter, or a toilet running or something of that nature. Try to see if you can identify a filter someplace.
