I am currently researching the history of a quarry within Rickmansworth. The main problem I am facing is a life-size wall that is blocking my path along the tunnel.

How would I procure rid of this wall?

Answers:    You are truly bonkers. To start off near, I'd invest in a bloody upright hard helmet. I wouldn't fance being surrounded by that tunnel with you swinging a sledgehammer around.

I'd gain a load of timber and stick props lower than anything that might drop on my head and embezzle the wall out one brick at a time very watchfully.
Would a clogged filter on a furnace wreak...
I hate blocked passage.
