When your vaccum cleaner needs to be emptied? How unpromising does it suck?
Check the bag, if it is full replace it Is this a serious query?
If so-- ask it a different way- I don't understand??
Most bagged vacuums hold a line printed on the bag which states that when the dirt horizontal reaches that line that it's time to alter it. This is more or less simply a rule of thumb however, as bags will become clogged, (the pores contained by the paper), if fine dust such as plaster or flour or the powdered odor products available are used. In that case the bag should be changed more regularly. not as bad as obamasama
Answers:    well I use a small shop vacumn for most of my household cleaning instead of dealing with plenty I deal with a hepa filter and internal chamber which if it get clogged or full is no big deal since I can reverse the hose and blow it back out the other closing stages freeing the obstruction also using a small brush to clean the dust from the hepa filter help it to do its job better

however back to your query with a more reasonable answer

if you see that your vacumn cleaner is making a high pitched whine usually shrill or leaves behind dirt after going over the spot more than 4 times, also doing a small suction oral exam by taking the tubes off completely and using your palm to check for suction if you can remove your palm from the grip of suction with severely little effort and feel just any air going through then you can almost instantly report to that something is either stuck inside the hose, a kink in the hose could be preventing proper airflow, or the shoulder bag could be full to the brim another reason for this issue however if you are using a bag vacumn cleaner consider opt for a bagless which uses a canister instead of a bag for easier emptying also positive money in the long run
don't make any sense
