Some time ago, Tappan was consolidated next to Frigidaire. I would suggest going to the Frigidaire customer service website (http://www.frigidaire.com/support/manual... and enter your model number. This should provide you a link to locate a product encyclopaedia.

I would presume it's a combination of press & hold two buttons - just don't know which two to update you.
