Answers: One method is to replace the damaged section with strips of replacement flooring. This will be easiest if you have waste of the original flooring around, or if you can salvage some from a less distinct location such as a closet. Basically, you'll cut out a section of the flooring that has a hole and replace it next to a new board, then finish the untried board to match the surrounding flooring. Here's a step-by-step guide and a short video clip showing how to do it:

If the radiator is out of the way you can use a hole saw, cut out around the puc size pipe anf then use the hole saw again to cut a section of wood thus making a disc to fit into the hole contained by the floor.
