Answers:    If the leader is still on it, put the approriate tip in a inconsistent speed drill and try backing it out. if the leader is broke off or it wont budge, get hold of it with vise grips at a 90 level angle and rotate it counterclockwise that should take it out. If you can't go and get a grip with the vise grips, you may enjoy to use a cold chisel and either remove satisfactory material around the thump con to grab it or simply shear it off and patch over.... devout luck

if it wont come out grind it a 1/4 in reflective or so and patch over it if possible...
