My mom was useing a power sprayer and accadently sprayed her foot and started bleeding so she be puting achoil on her cut to clean it or sanitize or what ever and it spilled onto the firm wood floor and now its white and it wont shine agine what do we do?
You might try rubbing it beside a cloth dampened with ammonia - later rinse. If this doesn't work you may need to hold it professionally refinished. Good luck
A few minutes near one of these

I use them professionally where on earth they are known as "Magic Cloths"
You can habitually, but not always, find them at Lowe's or Bed, Bath, & Beyond

Alcohol Stains are caused by spilled drinks and by masses medicines, lotions, and perfume. Since alcohol dissolves many finishes, it is essential to react vigorously. Wipe up the spill quickly and rub the spot keenly with your palm or near a cloth dipped in a small amount of furniture polish.
For elder stains use a paste of rottenstone, baking soda or cigarette ashes mixed near mineral oil, linseed grease, or lemon oil. Rub delicately in the direction of the pellet. Then wipe with plain linseed grease. Rub briskly with the particle of the wood, using a clean soft cloth. Wipe frequently to compare and meeting gloss of the repaired nouns with the innovative finish.
Powdered pumice (from paint store) is a harsher abrasive than rottenstone. Test to be sure it will not twist finish. Rottenstone is a very fine coarse, found in some hardware and paint stores.

That said, I'd be very thorough because you don't want to do more damage and afterwards have a bigger problem.
Without knowing the type of wood floor, whether it's stained or not, the age of the flooring and exactlly what be spilled on it, that's the best I can do.
(I wasn't sure if you meant anything to what your mother was doing or anything to what she was putting on the cut.)
