How to Paint a House next to Asbestos Siding? We are thinking about sculpture the exterior of our house ourselves...

We are thinking about sculpture the exterior of our house ourselves (instead of hiring a painter), it is a dingy white and looks awful. The siding that is on in attendance is asbestos and the house was built contained by 1968. Please recommend steps to take and righteous paint.

For those of you who recommend new siding, we are moving contained by the next 2 years and a moment ago in the second 2 years have replaced the window, the bathroom, the front & back door and adjectives the major appliances, I'm not looking to reward another $5000+ into a house where we are not going to go and get the money back, adjectives the houses on my street (some nicer) are going for $30,000 less consequently what we paid for ours. We grain painting will cause it look better without paying a ton of $$ out of our pockets.
Answers:    A lot will own to do with the overall condition of the siding. Under no circumstances should you sand the siding (asbestos dust). I suggest you power clean up it to remove dirt and debris, next apply a quality primer coat followed by another ability topcoat. See your local paint dealer for more info.
I would power wipe the siding and let dry for a few days. Spraying will be much faster. Mask adjectives doors and windows.
I enjoy had terribly good results near Duration paint from Sherwin Williams. Duration is an excellent primer on wood. I would recommend to two coat the surface.
Good luck
