How to index 220v AC beside your tester? Where to install the lead? I'm working with a stove (cookpot magnetic) that it works at 220v...

I'm working with a stove (cookpot magnetic) that it works at 220v AC but it does not work, basically turn on display of clock and other functions like to turn on the oven, broil but within is not heat at adjectives, only I can hear as the relay clicks but within is no power. I think near is only 110v ac and the other fase is gone.
I lately want to know how to measure if it is posible to show me contained by schematics will be better.
I suppouse there is 3 lines, one is for Line 1, other for Neutral and other for Line 2, where on earth to connect the leads to check 220V ac?

Thanks for your backing
Answers:    Line 1 and neutral would be 120 volts
rank 2 and neutral would be 120 volts
Line 1 and stripe 2 should show up as 240 volts.
Set your meter to VAC (anything over 250v will be good).
Put one probe on L1, and the other verbs on L2. That will tell you the voltage that you hold coming in.
