I have a gravel driveway and immediately that winter is here, I need to be capable of shovel/plow it. We don't have a plow ourselves, and it's a huge driveway and gravel nouns. We also have okay water so I am concerned nearly putting anything down to melt the snow. What do I do ? Can it be plowed or will that mess up teh gravel?
Answers: I DO own experience in this, as I own a gravel driveway and live in Wisconsin. I enjoy my driveway plowed every snowfall. The plow does move a little gravel, but not so much it's a problem.
Snowblowing will pick up gravel and blows it.
Hire the snowplow.
