How remove grout? We built a house a couple of years ago and tile on...

We built a house a couple of years ago and tile on the kitchen floor. It is now showing a bunch of impossible spots on the tile. It looks like small grout spots that be left over resting on the tile during the installation and has gather dirt during the years.
If I put Goof Off on them and work real frozen w/ a paper towel, the spots will come bad. However, the fumes are bad for you and it doesn't work definite great.
Anyone know of a better way?
Answers:    I regard as I would touch up and reseal the grout.
They make a tool that you can rake out a small portion of grout and re-grout the joint. This tool is made for this purpose and comes with a button. It can be purchased at most hardware stores or tile suppliers. I have used it oodles times to do this to counter tops and bathrooms. This tool looks like a triangle on shutting down attached to the handle near a screw in the middle. You can obtain any color of grout you desire at any tile supply to match your tile. After you finish the profession reseal the surface with a polite sealer and you will be very pleased I am sure.
Good Luck
Try baking soda, hose and a toothbrush. Baking soda is amazing stuff and you can use it without disquiet of breathing noxious chemicals in.
