You can pick up a roller, refills, paint tray and a brush for another $20.00 - $40.00, Primer will cost going on for $20.00 per gal, and gives you 200 - 400 sq ft of coverage, I'd wall on 250 sq ft. Remember if you prime, that you apply it as carefully as the finishing coat, the better the application, the better the final appearance.
