if we are talking roughly speaking a house with 4 bed. more than 2000 sqft, need a new kitchen, laundry room , possibly a clean roof.

Answers:    It depends on what the local labor souk is charging in your nouns. To get a guess on the cost, break the errand down into sections, labor for the roof, materials, labor for the kitchen and materials, same for the laundry. Ask several contractors for bids and start from within. I would suspect that it will run twice what you hoped, maybe $60K.
