It's 775 sq. ft. with 5 vents total. On the 4th floor contained by the Denver metro area.
I was in recent times quoted $500. That seems extremely high. Anybody know how much is standard?
Answers: I agree to be exact very high. I own 12 vents in my 2,000 sq. ft. house and it cost me $675, which included hearth rug and basement cleaning. The initial quote the same company give me was $2,100; I had them bring it down to a degree by getting rid of superfluous services and partly just tough negotiating.

That is super high. I get something similar for a 2000 sq foot home for around 200. However, does the person need to be outdoors on the 4th floor or something? I would chew over they could do it all from inside the home. They just do some brushing, nouns blowing, and that's about it, the equipment isn't super high tech, I would guess it should transport them around 2 hours, and I think 200 would be reasonable.
Get another estimate. $200 to $300 should be the price scale for this project.
