Husband wants to hire unwaged bozo friends to do it. Roof is about 650 s.f. Also desires to address putting in a couple of vent, what to do about the aged gutters, dumpster rental, permit. What would be a passable ball park digit. He's probably going to do this no matter what I right to be heard, would like some guidance though.
Steve in NC. I don't know where on earth William B lives but I do know that wherever it is and surrounded by the state of Georgia a sq is 10' x 10' and that is 100 sq foot not ten there fore it would be 6.5 square not 65 so the thousand $ price is closer to the TRUE cost.

x 6.5 sq, =$250 to $300,
if theres individual 1or 2 layers lately go over the top of it, dumpster around $100.
use elderly gutters.
permit, $25 to $40.
