If you have a disposal they own a drain neck built within and if not nearby is a P-trap that has a splitter built within (nothing special). Usually no additional plumbing is required. I would vote that $100 would be fair if adjectives the plumber is doing is connecting the dishwasher and you already have the supply strip and drain hose.
