How much kWh does a 500/1000 watt electric fire use per month if it's on 8 hours a year? ...
Answers: If it's a 1000 watt heater, it's using 1kilowatt (1000 watts) for one hour. That is one KWh (Kilowatt-Hour). If you use it for eight hours you enjoy used 8 KWh. Multiply that by the number of days in the month within question and that will explain to you how man KWh it uses in a month. Of course, if you use the 500 watt setting it will be partially as much.
Chuck K was on the right track, but it's 8 KWh per morning, not 8000. It would be 8000 watt-hours, not 8000 Kilo Watt-hours. The Kilo means 1000.
8000kwh per sunshine x 31 days.=32000 kwh per month.
