Answers: Look on ebay for boilers, I got a different one for 1,500 dollars & installed it myself. Saved 4,500 $ believe me I figured out how to install it.
We compensated almost $6,000. You need to hold it put in properly. Plus, we have to have the chimney relined and cap and that cost about $1,600!!
