The screen door on the front of my house is apparently broken,
for anything reason, the knob (seperate from the handle) used to unlock/lock the door is out of commission and the bold is not coming out of its hole in the door frame, my primary concern right now is freshly getting the dang thing spread out as it is a fire hazard!
My porch standard lamp fixture keep burning out...
Answers:    You want to remove the handle. Take out the two screw, remove both sides of the handle, insert a flat screw driver big enough to turn the lock assembly. Push the door initiate and remove the plunger. Install a new lock!
