How do you turn on a BIC lighter near those wheel? i basically bought one, and it won't flimsy?

Answers:    Some of them have a child-proofing tie which makes the thumb rudder hard to spin. You can usually remove that near a pair of long antenna pliers.

But in skin you just don't know how to operate them, you place your thumb over the wheel and suddenly and forcefully flip your thumb down the posterior of the wheel towards the gas lever-button and hold that down to see the flame to burn. If it doesn't light, try again. A properly "flipped" tiller should produce a shower of sparks from the flint - if it doesn't, return the lighter to the store for a new one. (have them tryout it in front of you, and examine how they do it).
The one with a metal strip over the pedals? this is meant to be child proof, so just an adult can push on it frozen enough to manufacture it turn. Easiest "repair" of this feature is use a biro, penknife (or steak knife) or small screwdriver, put it between the strip and the controls, and bounce the strip off altogether. Instant biddable lighter.
