Answers:    Depending on how old the knob is you hold two options. The elder knobs will usually work if you stick something approaching a straightened clothes hanger in the hole and verbs the knob. You do have to direct to hit a little button inside the knob. The newer knob tend to need something similar to a really small flat screwdriver that acts as a knob, you insert it and turn to unlock the door. You should also be able to unscrew the knob from the outside, remove it, and after open the latch beside a screwdriver.
