How do you report an apartment complex? we recently moved surrounded by some apartments. the manager be really friendly...

we recently moved surrounded by some apartments. the manager be really friendly to get us within here..its been a nightmare since we moved within..i have no cold river in my kitchen and the bathroom marine smells like sewer. i enjoy called the number she give for "corporate office" which never does anything. all the commissioner does is stand outside and smoke all afternoon. is there any other road of getting these issues resolved?

Answers:    Open an escrow account and payment your rent into that instead of to the landlord, speak about your landlord that as soon as these problems are taken aid of you will release the rent money to him/her. It is funny how they other ignore you when you own a problem but suddenly give you adjectives the attention in the world when the rent become due!
