Answers: I agree somewhat w/ Wolf but 1 step more.. Also get a "doodle bug pad" It s a white nylon wad to help w/ that. Use along w/ a steam removing agent.. Most of the removers call for a diluted use. I ve other used it stronger or even straight. AND RINSE WELL by washing .. use rubber gloves and purloin precautions of course. Well ventilate etc If that doesn t work call installer stern they shouldn t leave that much on in attendance that won t come off w/ some wash..GL
PS also try 1st w/ nylon pad (always white) dry buffing that sometimes is the best 1st try and wear dust pall as it will be dust w/ dry buffing
