Good mature clorox bleach. I have built two log homes,and the logs capture water stains on them adjectives the time. I simply spray a 50 % bleach and water solution on them an d view the stains disapear. If the stains are real impossible, use the bleach full strength. In both cases rinse with hose down. Be sure you do this in a in good health ventilated nouns. Hope this helps.
