Answers:    The quickest means of access is a hammer. I hold yet to see a padlock(keyed or combination) that will purloin much of a blow down.
Just hit it on the top(where the bolt enters) several times hard.......and bingo you are within. I have used this on a lock that I bought (and lost the key)that be supposed to be resistant to this....three hits and it was history.
