How do you mount a nouns conditioner that is to say intended for vertical window within sliding window?

For the most cog you don't. A/C's that are meant for vertical, double hung windows are mostly too wide to fit in a crank out or slider vent. You can purchase a special A/C which will fit that size opening, specially made for that application, or you can, if you own the building either install it through the wall yourself or own someone else do it for you. We put ours through the wall several years ago and it's been great having it in attendance. It solves the storage problem for the winter months, (we made a cover for the outside) and it's ready to go contained by the spring or summer, whenever it gets too hot, just by removing the cover and turning it on. I cut a Plexiglas's and put it over top of the heavens conditioner and screwed it to the top bracket and around the frame of the window. slid the window up to both and screwed it to that frame. put caulking adjectives around to keep rain out
Answers: If the window will open far-reaching enough make a support outside to hold it up so it doesn't hold to hang from the window.Then put filler board at top.
