How do you fix verbs within berber mat? Got a pull contained by my berber carpet hard by the center...

Got a pull contained by my berber carpet hard by the center of the room, it is about 2-3 inches long...I hold spare carpet and want to know how repair this verbs. I have see other people cut a clause out and then iron a unsullied section within, but I dont know how to do this. Thanks.

Answers:    if it is one thread then cut it short and use a soldering iron to defrost the cut piece to the backing.that will stop the thread from continueing to unravel.remember to do the other bit of thread also

I think the prior answerer is right. Berber is not suitable for the repair that you hold in mind. It's close to the whole mat is one long yarn.
