My parents have a policy which covers inner heating breakdowns. Their heat broke down / stopped working 4 days ago. They immediately phoned their supplier the 1st afternoon of the breakdown to arrange for an engineer to pop in & repair the system (via the usual call central part method). The person at the bid centre advise them an engineer will be beside them 26/11/07 p.m (3days on). Engineer failed to turn up so parents placed another phone up to pursue the problem. Typically the 1st person my parents spoke to substandard to book the engineer correctly (according to the most recent call hub operative that is) & therefore will in a minute have to lurk until the next daytime for engineer call round so that will be 5days without heat or hot water! My enquiry is regarding complaints procedure . They are paying for this bull***t service at lb12 per month & wonder if anyone can enlighten me if there are angelic grounds to claim compensation in some form or another on the subject of this very poor service from a capably known gas company? Thanks
I bet it's British Gas??!! Nuff said... Call someone else out if they STILL don't show up and then transport the "well prearranged gas company" the bill along with your complaint. They'll soon lug heed then!!!

its resembling this, they add up the 12 pounds everybody pays, afterwards the stockholders get partially, then the manager and overhead get partly of what is left
later have a few pounds vanished to pay the guy who have to fix it, for the entire UK
Answers: I knowledgeable from a boss a long time ago that when you have a problem, also ask to speak near the person hire up than that creature you are talking to when you don't attain what you want.
