you could try to remove the govenor bu that may devastate the engine, also you can change the pulley on the motor that runs the rear to a larger diameter Sounds similar to you have a loose throttle cable...just desires adjusting.so it opens up.and allows the apparatus or motor more fuel. Good luck.
They only go so hastily. If it's a riding lawn mower then it should hold a throttle on it but many push mowers built today have no throttle at adjectives. They have an auto governor that throttles up automatically under nouns conditions such as tall grass but that's all they own. and that doesn't work all that well as it is. We own a Snapper self propelled walk behind, and on ours you simply push a lever forward which cause the drive wheel to move to the smaller diamater friction wheel. That sucker will almost own you running behind it to keep up too... whew.
