I need to store my wash machine, fridge and freezer surrounded by an unheated garage for about 12 months. How can I minimise any risk of destroy especially over the winter months. The garage is dry but I am worried about the effects of warmth changes as winters contained by the UK can be pretty cold. I am assuming that it would not be a good opinion to wrap them in plastic because of condensation issues...any design or advice?

Answers:    If you hold canvass tarps they would be perfect. Use duct cartridge to secure them to the floor so that dust, critters and insects cannot crawl up underneath. They will keep hold of dust from accumulating on the motor and other moving parts. Also, place containers of baking soda or activate charcoal inside of them. They really absorb odors which can pass through the plastic parts and will smell horrible once you go to operate them again.
