It is a Kenmore VG I model. I found the belt but cannot figure out how to get hold of into the dryer to replace it(the belt) and a pulley which has fall off contained by the process. I have go through the back but everything seem sealed, not bolted. Possibly, do I progress in through the front somehow???

You most likly will have to thieve the top or front off, which ever have the seam. You can take a small screw driver and pry it apart, it's solely held together with clips. The you will probably own to remove the drum. Not as bad as it sounds.
